Monsignor Audo made known the situation of civil population on his country, internally displaced and those refugees on neighbouring countries or Europe who have run away looking for a better future. He will also talk about Christians’ situation

"I would like to take advantage of the opportunity this website gives me, to thank Mons. Antoine Audo for bringing the people from Syria closer to us.

Yesterday, the Chaldean Bishop of Aleppo, drew us a picture of what is happening in Syria and told us what the needs are and what they are doing to
satisfy them.

He is from Syria, he is Arab. His vision is different from what we learn from the Western media. He says that the most important thing is to look for
peace. That is what the Syrians want, peace. He dedicates himself to this, peace. He prays for it and asks us to pray and work for peace too.

He asks to underline the positive side of live, to emphasize what brings us together, rather than what separates us.
